Patrick M. Brenner is the founder and president of the Southwest Public Policy Institute, a research institute dedicated to improving the quality of life in the American Southwest by formulating, promoting, and defending sound public policy solutions.  Its mission is simple: better living through better policy.  Prior to launching SPPI, Patrick worked in public relations and marketing at an Albuquerque, New Mexico firm. Patrick’s experience in public relations, advocacy for transparency and accountable government have primed him to lead the most aggressive government accountability nonprofit in the American Southwest.
